Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website at gridpulseapp.in and to the GridPulseApp mobile and web apps (together, the "Service"), provided by Yathi Solutions LLP ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.

The Service

GridPulseApp lets companies and their clients message, share files, track milestones and tasks, raise support tickets and use built-in AI features. Features may change over time. Some features may be offered only on certain plans.

Accounts and workspaces

• Access is through a company workspace created for the company. The company's administrators decide who has an account, what each person can do, and which clients are invited.
• Keep your sign-in details, PIN and device secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give accurate information when you register or contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights through the Service;
• upload malicious code, or try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to another company's workspace;
• share content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or resell it without our written agreement.

Your content

You and your company keep ownership of the messages, files and other content you put into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the Service, including running the AI features you use. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to share it.

AI features

The Service includes AI features, such as summaries, transcription, translation, troubleshooting help, task assignment and report support. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Please check it before relying on it, particularly for safety, legal, financial or regulatory decisions, and do not treat it as professional advice.

Fees

Where a plan has fees, they are set out in your order or agreement with us. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are not refundable.

Our rights

We and our licensors own the Service, including the software, design, trademarks and the GridPulseApp name and logo. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond the right to use the Service as described here.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, such as hosting, notifications and AI providers. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue or data, or for any loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Service at any time. A company can close its workspace by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect the Service or other users. After an account closes, our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any different arrangement in a written agreement between us and your company.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
