From first message to handover.

Five moments in the life of a client project, and what the GridPulseApp mobile app does in each one.

The workflow, end to end.

Your team sets things up once. After that, every new client follows the same simple path.

Set up your company

Your company gets its own space with its own users and database. Add departments and roles, choose what each employee can do, and add your logo and onboarding slides.

Onboard a client

Create a channel for the client and invite them, all from the mobile app. Messages, photos, files and documents start flowing into one shared space, with private sub-groups for owners when you need them.

Plan the milestones and let AI assign

Set milestones for one client or share them across several. As requests come up in chat, AI turns them into subtasks and assigns them by role and department. Owners get a push notification on their phone.

Deliver and report

Your team updates tasks from the field as work happens. Status rolls up into milestone and project progress that you and your client both see, and the admin dashboard tracks every project.

Hand over and support

After commissioning, clients can troubleshoot with the AI agent. If it cannot fix the issue, a ticket is raised in the channel and assigned to the right department.

Questions teams ask us.

Do our clients need to pay or install anything?

Clients join your channel from the app on Android or iOS. Pricing depends on your team size and number of client channels, and we share it on the demo.

Is our data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company is its own tenant with a separate database and user base. Platform administrators manage tenants only and cannot see channels, chats or tasks.

Can we use our own branding?

Yes. Your logo and onboarding slides appear on the splash, landing and login screens that users see before they sign in.

Who sees the private sub-groups?

Only the owners of the two organisations in that channel. Other employees on either side cannot see that the room exists.

What happens when a client has a problem after handover?

They describe it to the AI agent first. If it is not resolved, a support ticket is raised in the channel and assigned to a department on your team.

How is access secured on the phone?

Users sign in with email and password, then unlock with a PIN or fingerprint. App lock, session revoke and password change are built in.
