Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at gridpulseapp.in and the GridPulseApp mobile and web apps. GridPulseApp is built and operated by Yathi Solutions LLP ("we", "us"). If you have questions, write to hello@gridpulseapp.in.

Who is responsible for your data

GridPulseApp is used by companies (our customers) to work with their own clients. For the content a company and its users put into its workspace, the company decides why and how it is used, and we process it on the company's behalf to run the service. For visitors to our website and for people who contact us, we decide how the information is used.

What we collect

On the website

• Details you submit in the demo form: name, work email, company, phone number (optional), the kind of projects you build, and your message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when it loads a page, such as IP address and device type.

In the app

• Account details: name, phone number or email, company, department and role, and a profile picture if you add one.
• Content you share: messages, photos, files, documents, voice notes and videos in channels and one-to-one chats, plus milestones, tasks, support tickets and reports.
• Device and security data: sign-in sessions, a device token used to deliver push notifications, and your preference for a PIN or biometric unlock. Biometric unlock is handled by your device, and we do not receive your fingerprint or face data.
• AI features: content you submit to an AI feature, such as a conversation to summarise, audio to transcribe, a video to search, a message to translate or a question for the troubleshooting agent.

How we use it

• To provide and secure the service, including delivering messages, tracking milestones and tasks, and sending notifications.
• To run AI features you or your company choose to use, such as summaries, transcription, translation, task assignment and troubleshooting.
• To respond to demo requests and support questions.
• To maintain, debug and improve the service, and to detect misuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Separation between companies

Each company on GridPulseApp has its own workspace with a separate database and its own users. Platform administrators manage company accounts and cannot read the channels, chats or tasks inside a company's workspace through the administration tools. Within a workspace, company administrators decide who can see what.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed to run the service:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers that store and deliver the service.
• Service providers that power features such as push notifications, email and AI processing, under terms that limit their use of the data.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.
• A successor, if our business is reorganised or sold.

The website also loads fonts and icons from third-party content delivery services, which receive your IP address when they do.

How long we keep it

Workspace content is kept while the company's account is active, or for as long as the company asks us to keep it. When an account closes, we delete or anonymise its data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it. Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of our discussions.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, separate databases for each company, and session controls such as PIN, biometric unlock, app lock and session revoke. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and a PIN or biometric unlock.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. For data in a company workspace, the company is usually the right first contact, and we will help it respond. Under applicable Indian data protection law you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India after raising the matter with us first. Write to hello@gridpulseapp.in and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Where data is processed

Our service is run from servers that may be located in India or elsewhere. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps so that it stays protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

Children

GridPulseApp is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email.
